Crunch Google Sheet Subscription Manager

A simple Google Sheet that helps you manage and track your monthly recurring expenses.

Why did I create this?

I've launched myself back into the IndieHacker hustle, for over 6 months now. Many years ago I managed a small side business. Those days most expenses were a one-time thing. Today we're bombarded by thousands of subscription-based models. Between entertainment, education, tools, and platforms. Trying to keep track of these expenses can be difficult.

Yes, bank transactions provide the best true data. In some cases, you might be leveraging more than one account. You've paid with a traditional credit card and another with PayPal or Stripe.

Further yet, I want to know which each subscription is for. I don't want a stock list, I want to know what my "products" cost me to maintain on a monthly basis. We call these stacks!

Who Are You?

I'm Chad Mueller I'm on a journey to building 19 products with Projekt19. Designer at heart and love to create new products! Crunch Subs is my fourth product launch. Before I created, design blogs Inspiredology, Best Web Gallery, and Design Bombs.

Do You Use It?

Yes, the idea stemmed from my own use and learnings. As I've been more active online, I've invested more money into monthly expenses for learning and tools. With Projekt19 I've used many no-code tools, automation engines, and other platforms. The new landscape is less about purchasing a single suite of products and more about connecting many SASS properties together.

This is a living product. I will add more data points in the future and you will continue to get access to everything that exists for life.
